How to Request Payment?
The request to receive the Cento is the same as the sending of the Cento. Just click on the “Request Cento” link on the right side of SmartSafe (in the mobile version, click on the blue “SmartSafe” button at the bottom of the screen and click on the “Request Cento”).
After that, you need to enter the recipient's email (must be a Cento user) and the amount of Cento you want to receive. Next, confirm your request using SMS.
As soon as the recipient confirms your request, you will receive a notification that Cento is already on your SmartSafe.
How to send an Invoice?
The send invoice you should click on the “Send Invoice” link on the right side of SmartSafe (in the mobile version, click on the blue “SmartSafe” button at the bottom of the screen and click on the “Send Invoice”).
After that, you need to enter the recipient's email (must be a Cento user), the amount of Cento you want to receive and attach an invoice file. Next, you should confirm your request by SMS.
As soon as the recipient confirms your Invoice, you will receive a notification that Cento is already on your SmartSafe.
Where I can find a list of Invoices or Payment Requests?
“Requests” and “Invoices” are located at the top of the screen (near the Cento logo). All Invoices and Payments Requests that you sent or which you received are stored there.
On mobile phones, you need to click on the menu icon to the right of the Cento logo and go to the appropriate sections.
How to Confirm Invoices or Payment Requests?
Inside the request or invoice, you will see all the information about the sender (if it is not hidden) and the amount requested from you. For an invoice or request to be successful you need to have the desired amount in your account and fee (0.03%).
To confirm the invoice or request, click on the "Confirm" button.
Can I cancel my Invoice or Payment Request?
Yes, you can do this inside your invoice or request by clicking on the "Remove Invoice" or "Remove Request" button. When you click on this button your Invoice or Payment Request will disappear from your list of Requests or Invoices and from the recipient list. But the notifications that the recipient received and the letter in the email are not deleted.
