How to get to settings of my profile inside Cento SmartSafe
To do this, click on the avatar and you will be taken to a menu from which you can change your avatar, find out your user id, exit Cento SmartSafe and go to the following sections
- Profile information
- Security
- Settings
- Access and Login History
- Blocked Users
How to change my profile information?
To do this, go to the Profile Information section where you can change or add Member Details, change the email address, change the phone number and verify your identity.
How to change my email?
To do this, log in to your Cento SmartSafe account, go to the Profile Information section and click the "Change email" button in the Your Email section and enter a new mail. A confirmation link will be sent to your mail, as soon as you click on this link your email will be changed.
How to change my phone number?
To do this, log into your Cento SmartSafe account, go to the Profile Information section and click the "Change Phone Number" button in the Phone Number section. Before you specify a new phone, you will receive a verification number on the current phone number that you will need to enter in the popup. Once you confirm the current phone number, you can specify and verify the new phone number.
