How do I buy a Cento?
Very simple. To do this, go to your Cento SmartSafe and on the main page, you will see the Cento Offering panel. On it, you will see the Cento price and the available quantity for purchase.
To make an order Cento select the quantity you need Cento and click on the button "Buy Cento". After that, you will receive an email with the details for which you will need to send the indicated amount and indicate your Cento Offering ID. As soon as we receive the money, your account will be deposited.
What is Cento Offering ID
This is the number of your offer that we send to you along with the payment data in email and which you must indicate as Payment Reference. It is with this ID that our system understands who owns the money and to which account to send Cento.
Where can I follow the buying process?
Once you have created a Cento purchase request, it appears in the list of your activities on the main page of your Cento SmartSafe. On your Cento order page, you will see the amount you have to pay and the payment details.
You can also see the statuses of your order, if the status is marked with a green checkbox then it is already completed. You will also have to receive notifications inside Cento SmartSafe and to your email about status updates.
These are the statuses you can find on the order page:
- Cento Order Initiated. Your Cento order has been initiated. The next step is to complete your payment details.
- Payment Complete. Your payment has been submitted. We are currently relaying this information to our suppliers, who will begin the minting process.
- Minting In Progress. We have submitted your information to our suppliers and the minting process has begun. Please be patient as we procure, fingerprint, and verify each of the eight precious metals used in this process. It may take up to one week before Cento is available in SmartSafe.

What if I want to order another quantity of Cento?
To do this, create a new order and do not pay for the previous one. You will have a new Cento Offering ID that will be tied to your new order.
I paid but do not see any activities
Unfortunately, bank transfers are still very slow, and sometimes it takes up to 5 business days for the money to come to our account. This is one of the reasons why we created Cento, it is not only stable but also has very fast transactions.
I sent money and more than 5 business days passed
Carefully check whether you indicated the correct contact our support Cento Offering ID in your transaction description. Also, make sure you send the correct amount. If so, don’t worry, your Cento account will be credited soon. If not, don’t worry, we will reject the transaction.
